Del Mar, California real estate is among the most popular in the country, and for good reason. Located 20 miles north of downtown San Diego, the city is considered the smallest municipality in the San Diego area and is home to the famous Race Track and Fairgrounds where the San Diego County Fair is held each year.
Its proximity to the ocean and the many attractions of San Diego, year-round tropical climate, and rich history make the city a great place to live, work, and visit. Other points of interest include the Torrey Pines State Reserve, the Torrey Pines Public Golf Course and L’Auberge Del Mar Resort.
